Onsite Supervision - UPDATED FORM

An on-site supervision program will be available for students in limited circumstances as outlined below. 

The students may include: 

  • children of parents/carers who cannot make suitable arrangements to supervise children at home
  • including children of teachers in government schools who are required to return to work on-site 

vulnerable students, including: 

  • children in out-of-home-care
  • children deemed by Child Protection and/or Family Services to be at risk of harm
  • children identified by the school as vulnerable (including via referral from a family violence agency, homelessness or youth justice service, mental health or other health service, and children with a disability). 

All parents intending on bringing their children onsite for supervision must provide a work permit from your employer to the school. If you have a parent at home, then the children MUST stay home.

Fill the form in and email to: by Thursday at 4pm. Families will be notified on their applications success by Friday. 

Wallarano will be conducting temperature checks for students who come onsite for supervision. 
The Victorian Chief Health Officer has confirmed that the use of face masks or coverings by adults or children is not recommended in schools at this time. As has always been the case, students who wish to wear face masks in school and in going to and from school may do so. 

If you, your child, or a family member develops symptoms of a fever, chills or sweats, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, loss of smell or taste, you should get tested at a coronavirus (COVID-19) testing facility and stay home.
